Problem with the BMS

Hi,
I have been having trouble with what the Evolve Service Team said is the BMS chip. My board shuts down very fast, it doesn´t changes to ECO when I go uphill. I bought a new motor controller but it didn´t help with the problem. Is somebody out there who knows what can I do to repair this BMS?
The problem I have is it is very difficult to send the board to Evolve because I live in Mexico and with the new battery restrictions in airplanes I´m not allowed to fly with my board.
Any suggestions are welcome, it is a frustrating to have a great board that behaves so bad.

Is evolve not willing to let you buy a BMS? Or ship one to you?

 

They told me is not safe to work with batteries and yes they don't send BMS out of the shop.

 

So what is wrong with your bms? My board has an issue where it randomly shuts off typically when braking which I believe they said was a bms problem. I've sent in twice abt a year ago seems to be an issue still. Think it's bc it so hot here right now it causes the board to overheat since it didn't seem to be an issue in the cooler months
