Small points you have to check good as below. When you look at the design of the logo, that screw hole is just beside. So need to consider your design with screw holes should not be hit.
Also I think it's difficult to pull out all paint of original design by glind the grip. Even if you glind still original paint left on the board. So depend on which color you paint but may be the original black paint come appear to top color. Better to do a white surface paint first to cover original then after that to paint what you want. If you do this, the color will be very bright and clean. This is that I noticed after I did mine.
