Amazing and looks very clean. I always wondered why Evolve produced these gears (a critical component) in plastic. Have you by chance made gears that go with the all terrain setup?
Thanks, maybe I should think about it. Is the wear on the AT so big? I only have experience with the street gears. I and my buddies drive the steel gears over thousands of miles with no noticeable wear.
The wear on AT's is not noticeable which means the plastic can hold well under rough terrain and torque. My main concern with plastic gear whether AT or Street is efficiency when the wheels turn under high speed. It has that "wobble" effect which is non-existent with metal gears. How is the noise if any when running those steal gears?
I can not detect a noise difference. But is not the wobble effect due to the unbalance of the wheels? Did you balanced your wheels?
Hi Jackie, yes, in principal I also sale the gears, but I need a worn pair of original gears, because I reuse the clutch part. Furthermore, it is very time consuming and that influences the price. I take €99,- for a pair, however you can use them for your remaining live . Possible sizes are 24, 26, 28, 30, 32 and 36 teeth. Cheers Uli
